向勞保局申請專戶，可以幫助你解除這份憂慮

為了保障弱勢勞工及其遺屬之基本經濟生活的安全，

勞工保險條例、就業保險法以及今年新上路的勞工職業災害保險及保護法，

三項社會保險均有規定，被保險人或受益人可向勞保局申請開立專戶，

專供存入各項保險給付，該專戶內的存款不會被扣押、提供擔保或強制執行噢！

In order to protect the basic economic living standards of vulnerable workers and their surviving dependants, in accordance with the Labor Insurance Regulations, the Employment Insurance Law, and the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Law, which took effect on May 1 this year, they can  establish a special account to deposit various insurance benefits. Unlike ordinary accounts, the deposits in the special account will not be seized, will not be used to provide a guarantee, or will not be the subject of an enforcement procedure. The funds in the account can protect the basic living standards of the applicant and promote social security.
